Software Implementation and Training Officer

  • ACCA/CA running or equivalent qualification in Business Management, HR, or IT with a strong focus on systems
  • Knowledge of IRD/Fixed Assets/Accounting/Payroll and Inventory Software System, with a focus on modules relevant to HR and payroll
  • Fair amount of knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions and Software
  • Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driver's license
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably with hands-on experience in HR software implementation or system administration
  • Must be located in commutable distance to Kathmandu, Bāgmatī, Nepal
  • Prior experience in HR software implementation
  • Experience with Nepalese Income Tax Act, Labour laws, and Government Standards and Policies
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions and HR software trends
