ACCA/CA running or equivalent qualification in Business Management, HR, or IT with a strong focus on systems
Knowledge of IRD/Fixed Assets/Accounting/Payroll and Inventory Software System, with a focus on modules relevant to HR and payroll
Fair amount of knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions and Software
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driver's license
3-5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably with hands-on experience in HR software implementation or system administration
Must be located in commutable distance to Kathmandu, Bāgmatī, Nepal
Prior experience in HR software implementation
Experience with Nepalese Income Tax Act, Labour laws, and Government Standards and Policies
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions and HR software trends
