Bidhee Pvt.Ltd. is urgently hiring “Sales Trainee” who is skilled enough to work in the IT industry, overlooking the facilitation of the client service process, to and fro. We appreciate your keen interest and freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Marketing, Commerce or any other, in the relevant field.
- Experience in relevant industry is a plus point. Freshers can apply.
- Strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing.
- Knowledge of Relevant software products and sales.
- Knowledge of advanced technology and existing markets.
- Proficiency in written and oral communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good rapport building competency and excellent command over English and Nepali language.
- Strong negotiation skills with enthusiasm and drive to meet the goals aspired.
- Self driven, motivated and flexible with working hours in demanding settings.
Responsibilities
- Proper management of all the sales targets hence meeting the yearned goals.
- Maintenance of all the records and documentations.
- Handling clients’ complaints and hence effectively resolving the complaints and concerns.
- Researching the relevant markets and business opportunities.
- Overseeing all the tasks and daily operations of the Sales department and assisting in the R & D department.
- Facilitating sales and all the probable offers to the leads thus generating new business.
- Assisting the supervisor in the execution of sales and marketing targets.
- Strongly contributing for the sales boost and building good relationships with the clients and other team members within the company.
