Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for new and existing features.
Oversee the entire testing lifecycle, including functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing.
Collaborate closely with Project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality is built in from the start.
Drive the adoption of QA best practices, tools, and automation frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify, document, and track defects, working with development to ensure timely resolution.
Report on QA metrics and provide insights into product quality and release readiness.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging QA technologies.
1+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies.
Expertise in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools
Solid understanding of database concepts and ability to write SQL queries.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
